We hold and operate a BS EN 9001:2015 Quality Management System in all aspects of our Sales, Servicing, Installation and Design of medical and surgical equipment. We believe that we provide, and it is our aim to continue to provide, a service to our clients that is second to none. To this end, we are proud that we also hold a "Diamond Customer Satisfaction Award" for our BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.

All of our in house service engineers are fully trained in the installation, servicing and maintenance of the Operating Lights, Examination Lights, Standby Battery Systems and Medical Gas Pendants for which we provide Service Support. Our premises in Cambridge contain a fully equipped workshop from where we are able to carry out more complex repairs.

We grow our business by referrals and we hope you’ll tell others about us. If you trust us enough to recommend us to others it’s up to us to repay that trust by performing well all the time. Should your budget not stretch to a full service agreement then we are still able to offer breakdown assistance. This would be charged at a higher rate than contract customers with possibly a longer response time.

We have an existing client list of over 150 Hospitals, Surgeries, Clinics and Veterinary Units that use our Planned Preventative Maintenance Service for their surgical and medical lighting.

Under these contracts we can initially carry out a free full site appraisal of all of your lighting stock and or medical pendants to establish an Annual Planned Maintenance Contract cost covering one or two service visits per year. This is based on the individual client requirements.

Each annual contract establishes a fixed price for the servicing and also sets a fixed hourly rate for our emergency call out service. Any faults uncovered whilst carrying the servicing are reported on the service sheet provided for each piece of equipment. A quotation for these repairs will then be forwarded to you for your agreement.

As our engineers are working nationwide we aim to react to an emergency (total failure) callout within 24hours of a call being logged during normal working hours.

Bronze

Free telephone support ONLY. No PPM included. Upgradable at a charge

Silver

1 No. PPM as standard, upgradable to 2 visits per year with the option to add battery backup units and pendants.

Gold

1 No. PPM as standard, upgradable to 2 visits per year with the option to add battery backup units and pendants. Includes sundry spares up to a set value per item. Excludes consumables.

Platinum

2 No. PPMs, Includes all spares, but excludes suspension/arm systems and consumables, with the option to add battery backup units and pendants.
